Our global coverage is backed by in-house contact centers in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, delivering consistent service and local language support across all markets. With extensive experience working alongside emergency services in over 30 countries, we are a reliable partner in safety, security and customer care.
Our bespoke white-label offering enables seamless brand integration, covering core solutions such as Stolen Vehicle Services (SVS), Breakdown Call (bCall) and Emergency Call (eCall). We also handle marketing collateral, call handling, customer support, law enforcement liaison and subscription management. We support both hardware and direct-to-OEM telematics control unit (TCU) services, and our in-house development team enables agile, tailored integrations to meet new technology and market demands quickly. Cross-border driver support comes as standard, enhancing the customer experience while adding peace of mind. In 2024 alone, we helped recover over $60 million in stolen vehicles. Our solutions not only strengthen brand loyalty and retention but also generate ongoing revenue with minimal effort or resource required from OEM partners.

We follow the strict data protection guidelines established by our parent company, Vontier, which include annual mandatory training for all employees and clear policy guidelines within our internal procedures.
Our systems, including Globalwatch, use role-based authentication to ensure that access to personal data is limited strictly to those with a specific need based on their role. All National Service Providers (NSPs) working with us are also required to comply fully with relevant data protection laws in their regions. In addition, Vontier mandates that all third-party service providers across its operating companies must verify and guarantee the security of customer data, reinforcing our commitment to privacy at every level.
